Last night, Bruno Mars released the music video for ‘finesse’ from his album 24k Magic. The video is directed by Bruno Mars himself, Co-Directed by Florent Dechard, and Choreographer and Creative Consultant by Phil Tayag.
The video was centered around the 90’s “In Living Color” TV show. From the fashion, to the performance, and the style of the song itself.
I’ve come to the conclusion that Bruno can do no wrong, when it comes to performance and art. I love how the video is displayed like a 90’s TV show introduction. It kind of makes me want to guess what type of character, both Bruno and Cardi would be. In my mind Bruno is the Will the “Prince of Bel Air” and Cardi is Jada Pinkett smith in “A Different World”.
Bruno killed the performance scene, I felt like I was at a concert. I just wanted to jump into the screen.
The video was fun and enjoyable. Now all we need is for the video to turn into an actual show. If only…but until then Bruno’s 24k Magic World Tour tickets are on sale on his website. BrunoMars.com
Below is the music video…tell us what you think…
Drake premiered “Charged Up” on Saturday’s installment of “OVO Sound Radio“, he clears the air from Meek Mill saying Drake had a ghost writer for his verse on “R.I.C.O.” from Meek’s album Dreams Worth More Than Money. A not so happy Meek responded yesterday so Drake in returned shared another track with us via Twitter, called “Back to Back Freestyle“.
The track referring to Meek’s current spot on Nicki Minaj’s “Pinkprint Tour“, Drake raps,“You love her then you gotta get a world tour, Is that a world tour or your girl’s tour?, I know that you gotta be a thug for her, This ain’t what she meant when she told you to open up more.”

Jay Z and Beyonce have done it yet again. They have shocked the public with their creativity. The couple released a trailer for their upcoming tour ON THE RUN. The trailer is displayed like a full feature length film with some of Hollywood’s favorites which include; Sean Penn, Don Cheadle, Guillermo Diaz, Emmy Rossum, Jake Gyllenhaal, Blake Lively, Rashida Jones and Kidada Jones.
The trailer displays Jay and B in some illegal activity which ends up with them being on the run and having to watch their back.
Then at the end of the trailer the last words are “COMING NEVER”. Fans love the trailer so much that they have started a petition to make the trailer an actual feature film. They are trying to get to 100,000 signatures. If they reach their goal they are hoping the two stars will consider. If you would like to sign the petition please click on this link.
